Cab

The DeltaTrack takes advantage of the largest cab in the industry. Enjoy panoramic views of the field with over 85.9 sq. ft. (7.98 sq. m) of viewable window glass. The standard cab includes a semi-active suspension seat, 10" monitor, front and rear intermittent wiper-washer system, front sun visor, four 12-volt outlets, four cup holders, and multi-directional vents.

Deluxe Cab - The Deluxe Cab package includes a heated and ventilated leather seat and a training seat. In addition to the standard cab features, the Deluxe Cab has a 120-volt AC power supply, monitor mounting bar, dual rotating beacons, under hood work light and audio sub-woofer.

Deluxe Pro Cab - Includes everything offered in the Deluxe Cab package, with the addition of an upgraded 12" monitor and cell phone holder featuring two USB ports.

Versatile Tractor Cab

The DeltaTrack comes complete with a 10" or 12" touch-screen monitor. The monitors feature a faster response time, intuitive layout of controls, and redesigned user interface that is easy to use. Both monitors can support up to two external cameras and be programed to display many tractor settings for quick reference.

10” - The 10" high-resolution monitor comes standard.

12" - The 12" monitor is included with the Deluxe Pro Cab package or available as an option.

Training Seat - The comfortable training seat is available as an option or included in the Deluxe Cab and Deluxe Pro Cab configurations. The seat has storage underneath and folds down to create a flat surface.

Audio - A conveniently located stereo and high quality sound system make long days in the cab more enjoyable. Satellite radio is available.

Vents - Automatic climate control and large multi-directional vents work together to optimize comfort and create an ideal cab environment.

Convenience - Four cup holders, storage compartments and coat hooks to keep the cab clean and organized.

Cell Phone Holder - The optional cell phone holder is mounted to the monitor bracket and includes two USB ports. (Included with the Deluxe Pro Cab package.)

CBX

Analyze data, reduce downtime and increase efficiency with Versatile CBX. Owners can monitor their tractors remotely with real-time results. Information includes where units are, how they are being operated, fuel levels, maintenance alerts and more. Access to this information allows farmers to assess their equipment, plan ahead, and take control of decisions to get the most out of their tractors.

The Versatile CBX system securely shares relevant equipment information. This communication makes it possible for owners and dealers to fully understand issues, be more responsive, and have a clearer picture of machine history. This results in quicker service and solutions - reducing and preventing downtime.

Cat® Transmission

The improved Cat® TA22 powershift transmission is fully programmable for auto-shift and speed matching. The 16 forward and four reverse gears shift seamlessly under load to create a more comfortable operating environment. The DeltaTrack is capable of road speeds up to 20.4 mph (32.8 km/h).

The TA22 includes updated auto-shift parameters (1,650-2,100 rpm). A large selection of working gears are available to match almost any application. The DeltaTrack is designed to maintain drawbar pull across all gears, with full torque availability in 5th gear. This results in more consistent performance, smoother shifting and further operator comfort.

Undercarriage System

CAMSO Logo The DeltaTrack features the most advanced undercarriage in the industry. Developed in partnership with CAMSO, the track system was designed for system longevity and extended track life. The tractor comes standard with the CAMSO 3500 series or optional 6500 series upgrade (30" or 36" track options).

CAMSO 3500 - The 3500 track series is designed to balance reliability, quality and price.

CAMSO 6500 - The heavy-duty 6500 track series features unmatched durability and performance.

Versatile Outboard Planetary

The Versatile outboard planetary axle drives power directly to the tracks to maintain equal torque to each track unit. This minimizes the impact of power transfer being disrupted while turning and reduces torque loss, making it easier to turn sharply with large implements and heavy loads.

Undercarriage Mounting

The DeltaTrack has an integrated axle mounting system and reinforced connection to the frame of the tractor. The frame absorbs the stress from each track to reduce maintenance requirements and increase track longevity.

Weight Distribution

The steel saddle fuel tanks are designed to maintain an even weight distribution regardless of fuel level. A crossover tube carries fuel from side-to-side to maintain even fuel distribution, meaning the front to rear weight ratio is not affected as fuel is consumed.

Creeper Package

A Creeper package is available for slow-speed use in non-industrial applications. This package features the heavy duty 6500 series tracks, slow speed gearing capable of .95 mph (1.53 km/h) in first gear at 1800 rpm, and a 1" (2.5 cm) tow cable. The maximum speed is 12.9 mph (21 km/h).

Track System

The track system was designed with a special focus on system longevity and extended track life. The DeltaTrack uses a positive drive system to reduce wear, friction and heat. Track slippage is eliminated by interlocking track lugs into the drive wheel. The DeltaTrack keeps 6.5 lugs engaged with the drive wheel at all times to eliminate slippage between the track and drive wheel. The DeltaTrack uses the largest drive lugs in the industry 8-1/2" (215.9 mm) to maximize operating life.

Idler Wheels

The large idler wheels are used to improve the approach angle and reduce the risk of “submarining” in muddy conditions. The size of the idler wheels and track angle help reduce horsepower requirements.

Midrollers

The large midrollers on the DeltaTrack system are not directly in line with the axle or drive system components. A polyurethane coating better reduces wear when compared to competitive rubber midrollers. The factory sealed midrollers are designed to lower maintenance requirements.

Double Axis Bogie

The two-way oscillation provides better weight transfer and reduced shock loading. The design offers a smoother ride because the midrollers on the bogie system allow each track to pivot forwards, backwards and side-to-side.

Drive Sprocket

A single piece cast drive sprocket provides a large wrap angle to increase track life.

Maintenance

The track system was designed to be a low maintenance and easy to service. For example, the bolt-on midrollers can be replaced in just 5-10 minutes, less time than changing tires on a truck.

Advanced Hydraulics

The DeltaTrack is equipped with a 53 gpm (201 L/min) hydraulic pump. The closed center load sensing hydraulic system provides ample capacity for implements that demand high hydraulic flow by providing pressure and flow on demand. When no hydraulic power is required, the system goes into low-pressure standby to conserve energy, providing more power at the drawbar. An optional 106 gpm (401 L/min) high flow pump is available.

Controls - Finger-tip controls manage hydraulic functions and the hydraulic flow can be increased and decreased using the monitor. Hydraulic settings can be displayed on the monitor in the cab for quick reference.

Axles & Drawbar

The drawbar pull point on the DeltaTrack is immediately behind the articulation point. This allows for a large-diameter pivot pin (up to 3.15") for maximum strength, durability and maximum transfer of power to the ground. The standard drawbar can move from side-to-side or be locked in place.

Outboard Planetary Axles - The Versatile outboard planetary axle is known for its strength, simplicity, and ease of service. The tradition of building the most reliable planetary starts with placing the planetary gear assembly towards the outside of the axle. The outboard planetary then delivers all available horsepower through large, precision machined floating sun gears. The planetary hubs are suspended on large diameter bearings mounted directly to the axle tubes. The load is supported by the axle housing assembly and not by the drive train components. The outboard planetary is designed to multiply torque while transferring the available power where it matters the most, at the drawbar.

The planetary axles remain on the tractor during routine maintenance, limiting downtime. Daily inspections are easy with a quick visual check of the axle oil level indicators. The gears can be reversed to double the wear life.

Drawbar - The drawbar pull from the center of the tractor maximizes the transfer of power to the ground. This helps increase the pulling capacity and improve contact and reduce slippage. The standard Category IV drawbar features a vertical load capacity of 9,000 lb (4,082 kg). An upgraded Category V drawbar is available with a vertical load capacity of 15,000 lbs (6,804 kg).

HD Drawbar Support - The fixed heavy duty drawbar increases the static load capacity to 12,000 lb (5,443 kg) for implements such as grain carts, silage trailers and manure wagons. Available on Category IV drawbar.

3-Point Hitch - The optional 3-point hitch features a lift capacity of 15,000 lbs (6,804 kg).

Hitch Pin - DeltaTrack models offer a standard Category IV, 2" (51 mm) hitch pin. An optional Category V, 2-1/2" (64 mm) pin is available for larger implements.

Lighting Packages

Three lighting packages are available to improve night time visibility. The Deluxe and Deluxe Plus lighting packages include LED lights which provide better illumination compared to standard halogen lighting. This results in almost three times more lumens on the Deluxe Package (than the standard), and more than four times the lumens on the Deluxe Plus Package, which includes 21 lights producing more than 45,000 lumens total. These superior lighting systems allow for longer hours, less fatigue, and better visibility. The durability and longer life span of LED lights also help farmers save on the costs associated with replacement bulbs and maintenance.

Controls

Boost productivity and minimize the learning curve for new users with the DeltaTrack. The easy to use system can limit the risk of equipment damage, reduce operator fatigue and increase efficiency. The armrest and molded hand rest provide an ergonomic comfort when operating the tractor. Additional storage space is available under the armrest.

Monitor - The standard 10” and optional 12” monitors can support up to two external cameras. The monitors can be programmed to display hydraulic settings for quick reference.

Dash Display - A programmable center high-resolution display provides readouts on transmission functions, engine functions, field monitoring and basic tractor functions and calibrations. Speed, rpm, temperature and fuel are all displayed on simple-to-read analog gauges.

Electro-Hydraulic Controls - Hydraulic functions and hydraulic flow can be easily increased and decreased using the monitor.

Powershift Lever - A four-function powershift lever gives you quick control over forward, reverse, upshift and downshift functions.

Service

Versatile tractors are designed with easy serviceability in mind because there are never enough hours in the day. Routine service can extend tractor life, minimize downtime and lower operating costs.

Daily Maintenance - Daily and regular maintenance can be completed in a fraction of the time with easily accessible service and sight gauges. The hydraulic and fuel sight gauges are visible from the ground without opening side panels or removing any shields. The gullwing-style side panels open wide to provide excellent service access to all under-hood components.

Axle Servicing - The Versatile outboard planetary axle system is known for its ease of service. Planetary axle covers can be removed from the tractor without removing the axles or the tires, limiting the time needed for routine maintenance. The gears can be reversed to double the wear life. In addition, daily inspections are easy with a quick visual check of the axle oil level sight gauges.

Grille Access - The front grille swings open to provide ground-level service access to the condenser and cooler package. The batteries are located behind the grille at ground level. A shut-off switch is standard for safety, winter storage, and to prevent theft. A steel ballast is mounted under the front of the tractor improving service access, visibility and reducing storage size.

Oil Filters - The oil filters are conveniently placed for easy access and service.

Fueling - Refueling is simple and a crossover tube allows both tanks to be filled quickly. Farmers can work uninterrupted for many hours with large fuel capacities of 300 and 400 U.S. gallons (1,135 and 1,514 L).

Access - A right-hand ladder helps with fueling and provides easy access to the engine air cleaner for quick servicing.

Air Cleaner Assembly - A dry element air filter is easily accessed and removed when it needs to be replaced.

DELTATRACK SCRAPER SPECIAL

With Versatile Scraper Special tractors downtime is not a concern. These tractors are engineered for increased pulling capacity and can handle the various loads, maximum torque and rough terrain of construction sites. The Scraper Special comes standard with a 9C shaft connecting the engine and transmission, heavy-duty grease filled torsion coupler, 1" tow cable, six ¾ hydraulic couplers, FOPS and ROPS up to 66,900 lbs. The DeltaTrack Scraper Special includes 6500 Series 30" Camso tracks with high elongation breakers and wider, lower treads as well as a narrow fuel tank design.

The 580 Scraper Special tractors can keep up on any job site; available in both 4WD and DeltaTrack configurations.
